10 STEPS FOR NEW ASSOCIATE

 

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO SPONSOR A NEW ASSOCIATE

 

  It means helping them to obtain the business kit

  It means teaching them how to do this business

  It means answering their questions

  It means u do things correctly as it will be automatically duplicated

  It means getting to know them better

  It means learning to work with them

  It means helping them to become success in the business

  It means making a friend in the business

 

Must do this :

n  As soon as Guest gives registration money give him /her some trg materials

n  As soon as he /she gives full money, give him/her rest trg materials

 

STEP - 1

n  Bring him/her to office and explain about the joining procedure

n  Edify and introduce him/her with few associates and Leaders

n  Brief him/her about multiple ID business

n  Explain about Royal Qualifier

 

STEP - 2

n  Edify the business bible  & ask him to read one story from business bible everyday

n  Try to make some reason for him to work

 

STEP 3

n       Make his/her list in front of you

n       Categorise and teach how to invite friends and families for the one to-one plan / Presentation

 

STEP 4

n       Understand him/her about company

n        Show the plan once or twice    

n       Clear the concept of linear and leverage income

 

STEP 5

n  Show DVDs Royal Salute / Indradhanush / Success Day (Double Diamond)/ Take off / Udaan / Mahakumbh / Wheel Chair etc.

n  Show and explain Udaan , 10 Kadam broucher  & Success Day brouchers

n  Show any other photograph of Secure Life

 

STEP - 6

n       Bring him to training (Brief about dress-code)

n       Brief him/her about Evolve and handover passes if available

n       Fix target for promotion in next Evolve

 

STEP - 7

n       Show plan once and tell him/her to show the plan to you

n       Give complete knowledge of products, business plan and website

 

STEP- 8

n  Set his/her priority for Secure Life

n  Give basic training and edify different levels and their values

 

STEP - 9

n  Fix his / her meeting with your senior up-line leader

n  Set Short/mid/long term goals (By up-line)

n  Set next target (By up-line)

n  Keep reminding

 

STEP - 10

n  Show plan for him/her and after 2-3 plans make sure he/she shows plan and you do closing

n  Meet with his / her team weekly and motivate  them for team building
